Along with the development and wider application of office automation system, the traditional process of business model has been faced a extremely great challenge. The standard business system is designed for the business standardization process of bureau of quality and technical.Firstly this paper introduces the J2EE platform, MVC design model, EJB component, and open-source framework like Struts, Hibernate. The paper analyses the current development process often encountered in the development of different types of technology, development environment and the development framework and their respective advantages and disadvantages, leads in key paper describing the development of the multi-layer model.In multi-layer structure of the Web system design, integration of research papers first research how two open-source Hibernate and Struts framework to be integrated within and, through the use of EJB components, thus forming a clear level of high integration of J2EE-based enterprise-class layered Framework. Then the framework is used in standardization information platform. Through the development model of the key technologies involved, the concept of a specific analysis, description, and the integrated framework to use standardized information platform for the development of the system. Last the disadvantage of resolve proposal is analysised and the research result is concluded.This paper is a combination of standard management system of bureau of quality and technical that uses J2EE development platform, Eclipse + Jboss environment for the development, integration and Hibernate Struts two open-source framework and adopts the EJB component technology, complete the design of the system using multi-layer Structure, and in this framework of the system in the specific application of an in-depth exploration and study. The subject of study for the development of small and medium-sized enterprises information management system to enhance enterprise information technology applications and the standardization of business processes and efficiency of the overall level of a certain reference value.
