Researeh On Embedded Intelligent Controller

With the development and popularization of embedded technology, a wide range of embedded devices has been increasingly widely used in office automation, industrial automation and other fields. However, in the field of industrial control systems, PLC, DCS and other traditional distribution systems for industrial control systems tend to control the large and very large systems, for small control applications is still only a digital meter, and because of the low level of intelligence, the poor performance of real-time, digital meter can not meet the requirements of modern industrial control. This subject used embedded technology in embedded in small-scale industrial control systems, the SPI bus and configuration control technology combined to achieve the control of small-scale industrial systems.First, the paper analyzes the status of industrial control systems, introduces development status and technologies of embedded systems. Then proposed a new design method of embedded industrial controller, which combin of data acquisition technology, embedded technology and the SPI field bus technology. Describe the system structure of the controller, specifically the function of each part of the system and the hierarchy. Design ARM processor-based part of the main controller, and embedded Linux as the main controller's operating system to complete the system migration, the preparation of SPI bus driver completed a master controller and data acquisition module connected through the SPI bus. In accordance with the requirements of industrial control field, the preparation of the master control program based on Qt, which has a user configuration capabilities. Finally, experimental results show that the modular design of industrial controllers to meet the design requirements, with good usability.
