This paper is mainly about mid-frequency induction device temperature control system with prestressed strand as the control object, and mainly analyzes its performance, the basic principle, the hardware circuit and the software implementation process, this paper discusses a feasible design method of the temperature control system. Aiming at the temperature control system of problems of such as a system of mathematical modeling problem, inertia big problem, not sure interference on system influence to wait, based on different intelligent control method, and finally argumentation of comparative adopted fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters control scheme.The intermediate frequency induction heating device Prestressed strand adopts thyristor (SCR) for switching device, the whole system consists of rectifier units, filter reactor, the shunt inverter unit and the resonant load loop constitutes. The control system adopts adjust three-phase inverter triggering Angle rectifier circuit control means to realize power control, temperature control algorithm adopts fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters and speed given superposition algorithm, composed of control system core link.The paper mainly includes the development situation of intermediate frequency furnace, the basic principle of inductive heating systems, the hardware circuit and the implementing steps of this algorithm. This paper is on the basis of theoretical analysis, completed experimental debugging of each part, and the final experimental results are given. Experimental results show that the using fuzzy self-tuning PID parameters control system has better control precision and response speed, and has good robustness It have laid a good foundation for the future study of higher frequency and higher capacity of intelligent inductive heating power.
