Ltd decide to design and develop a human resource management system(HRMS)for itself by the computer and network。This thesis analyzed the nowadays merit and demerit of HRMS first,and then study the key technology of the HRMS,including the research of asp.net,database design,UML,3-tier Application,B/S and so on,and then,this thesis makes the requirement analysis ,including declare requirement,define function and design use case。System development in the analysis and design of such way are used UML for object oriented modeling teehniques,such improved software quality and development effieiency and use the system more easy maintenance and expansion. System design,module design takes full account of changes in the personnel departments of business needs has good flexibility and sealability(data indicators expansion of business expansion).At the same provided a system with the other system of open data exehange interfaee.At last,this thesis provides the main interface and the other important interface of the syetem.The entire system design and implementation process for the same type,the same scale construction of the development of HRM has relatively good reference.And now the initial design to aehieve the desired objeetives,the system is operating well。... |
