As miniaturization mass spectrometer is widely used in the field detection, more and more using calibrating gas used in instrumentation of calibration. Purpose of this project is to develop the control system for trace gas mixing for the calibration of miniature mass spectrometer based on embedded platform.This article has constructed the hybrid control system of trace gases, which can be divided into three parts: one is the design of hybrid system device of trace gases, another is the design of hybrid control circuit board of trace gases, the last one is the design of hybrid human-machine interaction system of trace gases, detailed introduction the system's composition, principle of work and working process. The hybrid system device of trace gases is to build the frame of the system for the preparation of calibration gas. The hybrid control circuit board of trace gases are mainly to achieve device control and communicate with the hybrid human-machine interaction system of trace gases. The hybrid human-machine interaction system of trace gases are the control core of this article, which make the hybrid system device of trace gases and the hybrid control circuit board of trace gases work together to complete the preparation of calibrating gas.After the hardware design is completed for the system, this article has customized the WinCE system on the system board of ARM. Then the Software Developments Kit has been exported. Above the customized Windows CE system this thesis has designed Human-Computer Interaction System. To make the system work correctly this article designed and implemented the communication protocols for Human-Computer Interaction System. It is introduced in detail that the realization of hybrid human-machine interaction system which uses a multi-threaded programming techniques with a total of 5 threads. Finally, the hybrid human-machine interaction system upgrade was expected.In this article the actual test has been carried on the system, it proves that the system can run stable.
