Research Of Flow Calibrating Control System Based On Turbine Flowmeter

With the development of science and technology, higher request to the accuracy of flow measure is put forward. In order to ensure the accuracy of flowmeter, flow calibrating system is needed to verify the main characters especially accuracy of fiowmeter. This system is a reconstructive one based on former flow calibrating device in Xinglongtai oil extraction factory of Liao oil field. In case of considering the economy and precision, the flow calibrating control system based on turbine fiowmeter is brought forward.First of all, this paper puts forward the method of flow calibrating by analyzing the principle of calibrating of flow calibrating system. Secondly, this paper analyzes function requirement of calibrating system in an all-round way and have designed the scheme of system. This paper completes system hardware configuration composed by standard fiowmeter, data sampling system, water supply system of constant pressure and control device. In the aspect of software, the system adopts Microsoft Visual Basic and Access database to process measure data. The system calibrates flowmeters through standard form method and K value of turbine fiowmeter through standard container. Moreover, this paper puts forward an adaptive method of control valve based on open-loop and enhances measure accuracy through curve fitting method. At last, this paper analyzes and assesses the precision of calibrating system and measured fiowmeter.The system has some strongpoints like reasonable design, all-around functions, credible performance, simple operation and so on, and so meets the actual need of calibrating process and enhances the efficiency and precision of measure. The system starts to work in the end of 2005, now it works steadily and well.
