Multi-axis shaking test system is an important apparatus which is widely used in many main industrial and engineering fields,such as aerospace, irrigation works,automobile,etc. Upon the background of National Defense 985 Project to develop equipment manufacturing technology in the extreme environments, which is developed by IEST。In order to realize control functions,the servo control strategy of the vibration test system has been theoretically and experimentally studied. So that the servo control property requirements of the shaking test system has been satisfied,and the stability, precision and responsibility of the system have been improved.Firstly, the servo control strategy of the shaking test system has been theoretically and experimentally studied. The servo control system of hydraulically redundant actuated shaking table consists DOF composition and decomposition controller,three variable controller and the controller to weaken inner force. The 6-DOF drive signals have been converted to eight-actuator drive signals by calculation for DOF composition and decomposition. Three variable controller has been designed to improve frequency width of system and satisfy control performance requirement. Taken account of transverse component of inner force, force balance controller has been designed to weaken internal force, and ensure control characteristics.Secondly, the paper established the servo control modeling of the shaking test system by MATLAB/Simulink, and then simulate the modeling, generate the frequency response plot and pole zero map of servo system, so that three variable control strategy has been proved. The whole modeling of servo control system also has been established for the operation of shaking table test.According to spiral-type rapid modeling and real-time simulation technology, servo control system software has been designed and developed. The paper study and analyze software requirements from aspects of function, property and system, in order to improve efficiency of software design. Aspects from data acquisition and processing, signal generator, servo controller, monitoring and management, image processing, data saving, the paper design software in detail.Finally,the paper design data processing software for data conversion and image display, in order to analyze time domain characteristic curve and frequency domain characteristic curve. Therefore the servo control strategy of the shaking test system has been proved to satisfy performance demands of servo control system.
