Electro-hydraulic Vibrating table has been widely applied to practical industry for its eminent performance-price ratio, which is the focus of attentions in application research fields. But most of operation is based on instrument ,so it has not meet today's digital request. In this paper a computer control system is put forward to cater for the trends. Virtual instrument can be operated by user as manipulating a self-design instrument according to append software and hardware in a ordinary computer .Virtual instrument technology makes use of strong function of computer ,integrates a hardware ,breaks through traditional instrument's limit in data processing, display, transmiting, and makes user maintenance, expand ,upgrade. This paper also research control system on virtual instrumentation (VI) technology. This Paper discusses the design of the computer control system based on VI technology——Intelligent Vibrator Controller .In this system ,the hardware is a data interface card based on PC ISA bus, which collects data in a high speed and converts some signals. The control software is written in Visual C++ language on Windows environment using Object-oriented Programming method .Meanwhile a Driver program is also given .At the end of the thesis ,a Control method ——Fuzzy control is discussed and the emluator is done...
