Radar jamming technology has become an important technology supported by the defense departments and the important part of the electronic war. It can be divided into radar signal interception, isolation, type identification,parameter estimation and interference emission, etc. Parameter estimation and interference realization inside a pulse signal of high-frequency radar technologies are studied in this thesis.Firstly, many common high-frequency radarsignal formats are introduced, such as truncated chirp and phase coded signals. Then signal pulse characteristics ofsome typical signals included linear FM signal amplitude modulation sequence m (LFMICW), uniform pulse truncated linear FM signal (LFMPCW), binary phase coded signals (BPSK) and P4 polyphase coded signal are analyzed. The analyzed methods are delay autocorrelation, STFT and WVDwhich are able to extract the high frequency signal pulse characteristics. At last, the performances of the methods are discussed in the thesis.Secondly, the parameterestimation algorithms of truncated chirp and phase coded signals are researched. There are 3 methods to extract the frequency domain parameters of the truncated chirp: STFT-time-frequency spectrum curve estimation, WVD-Hough algorithm, and line tone of reconciliation - the maximum likelihood estimation method. Performances of these methods are compared, then some conclusions are draw: WVD-Hough algorithm has a large calculated amount and can't estimate the parameters correctly when the SNR is low; line tone of reconciliation - the maximum likelihood estimation method has a small calculated amount and high estimated accuracy of the chirp rate in the low SNR environments, but the estimated accuracies of other parameters depend too much on the estimation accuracy of a complete single cycle of over-extraction; STFT-time-frequency spectrum curve estimation can estimate the parameters when the SNR is low, but its accuracy is restricted by the length of the window function. What's more, a truncated chirp parameter estimation method in time domain is researched in this thesis, which uses the circulation autocorrelation method to estimate the code period of the signal, then the sub-code length is estimated by the STFT. At last, parameter estimation methods of phase coded signals are researched, and the performances are discussed.Finally, the thesis researches on the high-frequency radarecho process methods. Barrage jamming and Deceive jammingmethods are studied, the jamming simulations are done to the commonly usedhigh-frequency radar signals (FMICW, FMPCW and BPSK).
