Based On The Design And Implementation Of Gis Qingyan Mountain Scenic Tourist Resources Management Information System

With the rapid development of tourism industry and information technology, the degree of informazation of tourism has become an important international competitiveness in tourism industry. As China's tourism development is in its golden development time, informazation is tourism's inner need and the only way. At present, however, the already constructed informatization of tourist spots in domestic is still in its infancy; the established level of tourist resources management information system is not high and ill-functioned as a whole. By using the powerful functions of GIS technology, like spatial information management and analysis, attribute data query and other functions, we can deal well with a lot of space information in tourism, provide an ideal platform to develop tourism management information system and therefore, promote the development of information-based tourism.The paper, which starts from the characteristics of tourism resources, describes various resources of modern science and technology applied in the study of tourism. It focuses on GIS and related technology and picks the MAPGIS software in developing tourist resources management information system .Having analyzed tourist resources and the informationized management facts in Qingyuan Mt. ,the paper organizes and plans something for information database of tourist resources with a combination of tourism data collection and the application of database construction technology. It further analyses the application of software used in the development of the tourist resources information management, establishing a Component- MAPGIS -based Qingyuan Mt. Tourism Resource Management Information System. The system, which implements a large portion of functions of the GIS, such as the map-controlled function, spatial analysis function, database management function and map display and output function, will exert a practical guidance on the application of the management of tourist resources and give a fresh image about Qingyuan Mt., while at the same time quick the process of information-based tourism in Quanzhou. At the end of the paper, it gives a summary of what have been discussed above with conclusions and promising outlooks.
