With the Internet entering a mature stage of development, e-commerce has been rapid development and people's lives more and more inseparable from the network. No matter when and where the openness of network can make all people be on the net sales or buy goods. The convenience and virtualization of the e-commerce has become the main trend of today. However, this kind of e-commerce has become anonymity and dynamic network intrusion, malicious users to attack and destroy the safe hidden trouble, such behavior led to more users to distrust of the identity of the authenticity and safety problems of e-commerce.In the electronic commerce, the problem of trust and security have become an bottleneck in the further development of Chinese e-commerce.The essay analyses the conditions of global E-Commerce and the problems appeared in E-Commerce system, and discusses the feasibility and advantages of applying mobile agent technology, the content of IBM Aglet platform is in details. In this research foundation, proposed based on the Agent electronic commerce trust model. In this model divides the trust into the direct trust and the indirect trust, the direct trust obtains using the influence trust's five factor direct calculation, but indirectly trusts take the direct trusting relationship as the foundation, recommends Agent and the stranger Agent recommendation through the friend obtains.Simultaneously the model introduced based on has recommended Agents'number and the recommended rating's dispersion, as well as the direct trust's relative letter concept, and has given based on the letter confidence level computational method. The validity and anti-attack ablility are proved by the simulation and analysis. Research has been proved to the usability by using IBM Aglet platform and explored a simple transaction system based on mobile agent technology.
