On the needs of an actual radar seeker, this paper researched and implemented a data acquisition and playback system in intermediate frequency based on solid-state storage technology.Firstly, the frame of system, working principles and developing status of the data acquisition and playback system are studied in this paper. Based on the solid-state storage technology and PXIE (PXI Express) technology, a modularized designing method is put forward to satisfy the need of high-speed data transmission and high-capacity data storage. Secondly, based on FPGA, the digital down/up converter, intermediate frequency data acquisition and playback module, storage module and core processor circuit are completed. In the end, key parameters of intermediate frequency data acquisition and playback module and solid-state storage module are tested. The testing results show that sampling accuracy is 14 bits, effective number of bits is 8.5bits, the accuracy of playback module is 14bits and storage depth reaches 576GB. As a result, the performance of data acquisition and playback system is improved greatly, and meet the. actual radar seeker's requirements.
