With the development of the third generation mobile communication, the Software Radio technology is becoming more and more important. While the Digital Intermediate Frequency technology is one of the pivotal technology in the wireless base station system. This article mainly studies the theory and design methods of the Digital Intermediate Frequency receiver in CDMA2000 system. First, the theory and basic knowledge of Digital Intermediate Frequency receiver and the Genetic Algorithms principle for optimizing the quantization coefficient of the digital filter are expatiated. Second, the performance of the receiver in CDMA2000 system is analysed, the receiver which can meet the requirements of system is designed. Then a suit of design methods with hardware is proposed, then the article expatiates the design method of digital down converter and digital filter with examples, thus a suit of solution for the implement of the digital filter system is proposed. Finally, a whole design method of the Digital Intermediate Frequency is obtained by simulating the design with MATLAB and contrasting the design results loaded to the hardware. |
