Development And Implementation Of Video Monitoring System Based On The DaVinci DM6446 Processor

The compressing the coding and the decoding are very vital, The DaVinci processor integrated the high-performance programmable nuclear and memory peripherals together which including a programmable DSP processors and the video hardware accelerators in order to provide compute functions.so ,the Davinci technology play an important role in video monitoring.The thesis has designed a kind of monitoring system which bases on the DaVinci technology.The contents are as follows:(1) The thesis makes an overall plan for the Video Monitoring System.The system is composed of the front of the acquisition,the controlling video server and the end of the monitoring.The system use the B/S architecture,the DM6446 and the Monta Vista Linux.(2) The thesis not only describes ARM+DSP subsystem of the DaVinci and the embedded hardware platform in detail,but also studies the start principle of the Boot Loader,the kernel configuration and the file system transplantation.(3) The thesis introduces the design of the video monitoring system software and studies the embedded Lighttped server,PHP and SQLite database,and design of the data transmission,the system interface,the database in detail.(4)Discusses how to use cameras to image acquisition,and use of TCP/IP protocol to establish server, the network controller to complete the image of the network transmission.(5) Development the function model of the video monirtoring system, and combine with the echo system interface to achieve functionality..
