Design And Implementation Of Enterprise Information System Of XX Administration For Industry & Commerce

Since March of 2015,the nation has put forward to reinforce the processing and post-supervision after the reform of the commercial system,to establish the big data platform across the entire nation for the enterprise information publicity and to knit the “net” of the market supervision system well and densely.To this end,the State Administration for Industry and Commerce immediately proceeds to study the construction of “National Enterprise Credit Information Publicity System”.The nation deploys uniformly,and the provincial departments implement the research and construction.This article takes the provincial credit information publicity system research and the construction as the topic.This paper,according to the software development process,carries out on-site business research,and constructs the related content systematically based on the analysis of the actual work summary.To achieve construction requirements for provincial industrial and commercial departments on the “National Credit Information Publicity System” requested by the state and the State Administration for Industry and Commerce,and to fully integrate the specific instructing opinions on the project put forward by the State Administration for Industry and Commerce,and to achieve the enterprise credit information publicity platform with the existing publicity as the premise,the existing infrastructure as the support,and achieving the information sharing as the focus,the large data analysis as a means,and the security,operation and maintenance system as the protection.According to the status survey and demand analysis of the enterprise credit information publicity system in XX province,the research and construction are carried out from five construction directions of the provincial system.To carry out five major construction tasks of the system,and to reorganize and expand the existing enterprise credit information publicity system and local collaborative supervision platform in XX province.To adopt the national unified interface,and to optimize the provincial publicity system structure.To apply the Elastic Search cluster and Redis cache cluster technology,respectively supporting the system's search services and reducing the pressure on the database,and thus to enhance the overall system performance.At the same time,to apply some of the relevant new technology to enhance some functions of the statistical analysis.The collaborative supervision platform strengthens and highlights many functions,including the information management,joint disciplinary,double notice,simple cancellation of enterprises with serious illegal and unreliable behaviors,and the analysis of enterprises lost connection,etc.Through the tests of function and performance,the publicity system basically meets the design requirements,and the applications of the new technology bring greater improvement for the stability and performance of the system.
