Precise Timing Service System Design And Implementation Based On GNSS CV

The main goal of this paper is to establish the precise time service system based on commen view technique of global navigation satellite system (hereinafter referred to as the GNSS CV). Through the research on GPS CV and the basic principle of modern communication network technology, combined with the research state and the present situation of the national time service center, the precise time service system based on GNSS CV has been build, and the time service with magnitude of ns has been realized .The main contents include:(1) Deeply analsized the basic principle and characters of GPS CV, combining the advantage of modern communication network technology and NTSC's condition, introduced the principle of precise time service system based on GNSS CV .(2) First introduced related tools of overall construction and development of the precise time service system based on GNSS CV, and on this basis, detailed designed each model system and study the implementation of each module. the database of the whole system has been designed and completed.(3) Made a brief introduction of the methods of system's software design to be used ,carry out the software programming of each module combined with the detailed design. The whole system's connection ,installation and debugging has completed.(4) Developed the system's commissioning services, and overally test the precise time service system with the actual observation data.
