Based on Senior's research, the paper describes the various control system of Coloring machine, applying and absorbing today's advanced controlling theory and technology. To change high Temperature overshooting, slow stability temperature and excessive tension value fluctuation in the actual production of coloring machine, the advanced control theory as PID control and fuzzy control theory was applied to optical fiber coating system and the pre-tension control system.Coloring machine system adopt international advanced servo drive system, it has the high control accuracy, low noise and high efficiency reliable work, etc. It uses Siemens PLC central control which making the entire electrical control system more stable and reliable. HITECH control panel is the operation panel, make operation more intuitive, more easily. Optical fiber coloring machine has parts structure such as cable release device, traction devices, UV light curing oven, optical fiber take-up device and other components. The key lies in the PLC technology user program, high-speed row line automatic commutation and coloring temperature control.According to the big temperature characteristics of the lagging inertia characteristics, S7200 comes with the PID in the control system controls the temperature of the system pre-coated device, making the PID controlling process of production more quickly and improving the production speed faster.According to the characteristics of time-varying tension system, difficulty in modeling fuzzy control, the paper adopt PID technology and fuzzy control theory combination to finish modeling processing, tension value. The paper finish PID parameters auto-tuning, stabilize tension value, greatly improve system production speed and performance.
