Therefore, when conducting the research and development projects, we must establish an organizational structure at first,and assign tasks according to the structure, then consider to finish the job to use a computer (or information systems) or partially supported of it. The traditional method was not to use the the functioning of this information system best. and now we can change this traditional concept. the first we used a more abstract business processes to design, without regard to implementation, then designed and Implemented this information systems and organizational structure together, To decide some tasks in business was finish by people or computer system, this is the origin of the workflow.Window Workflow Foundation, also known as WWF, which is developed by Microsoft for developers to develop workflow-based or process-based software solutions,and to provide a single platform,and provide a standard in workflow project development. Windows Workflow Foundation base on.net, is an important part of NET Framework3.0, in the VS2008. WWF was not just as a plug-in, and the standard VS2008 completely become an important part of the module, this can be seen, the workflow software development projects will play a very important role in the very near future.The first work in this paper is the workflow mapping by theoretical analysis and WWF workflow standards and obtain that WWF is full satisfy with the workflow standards, This Monitoring the implementation in workflow project is developed base on the workflow engine--Windows Workflow Foundation.Business process (workflow) management since the inception of this project, Which is elaborated and researched by people in all angles (economics, sociology, psychology, accounting, mechanical engineering and business management, etc.)The second work in this paper is use the workflow ideas, theories, structures theories to look at this issue in the perspective by calculations and information,and get the general purpose and significance in Workflow development. And using Windows Workflow Foundation (WWF) which is a workflow components to do the actual work flow of the monitoring and management.
