The temperature field survey of high temperature object's surface is an important subject which has been explored and studied both in industrial world and theoretical world. The temperature is the critical factor of controlling the quality of products in petrochemical, metallurgy and electric power. Particularly, the accurate controlled heating temperature, together with the optimized combusting craft, results in the fall of energy consuming and, the improvement of benefit. It is significant, usually, the temperature measurement under the high temperature is very bad. As a result, that it is difficult to measure the temperature accurately, timely and effectivelyIn recent years, with the development of the infrared thermal imagery technology, it is possible to explore and study the area array CCD image formation technology and the computer programming technology by using the temperature field measurement, which combines the technology of high temperature object fluorescent characteristic together with the aid of the digital image processing technology,. Infrared compared to the color temperature-measuring device is a system combing the plank black body. This system can measure the temperature of the work piece timely, accurately, and without any contact. It can also control every temperature parameter based on the change of temperature. So it can help to improve the quality and qualified rate of produce.Through the analysis of the contrast color temperature measurement technology and the detailed explanations of correlation color temperature measurement system's principle. The author provides a effective solution to solve the problem that the former color temperature measurement system could not measure the low temperature section accurately. First, discuss how to choose the double slide, when using different photographs by replacing colored CCD with infrared non-refrigeration focal-plane thermal imaging system. Second, solve the problem that it may overflow in a high temperature by adding different absorption slide non-refrigeration focal-plane infrared acquisition aid is used to measure the normal temperature, which is relatively higher than the traditional military field.
