Following the increasingly rapid growth of the internationalization of China, and China is going to join the World Trade Organization (WTO), China Publish Office based on the Agreement on Intepretation and Application Article,the bibliolotic market that has been closed for a long time is going to open for foreign countries. As China publishment industries have to face the great competitive pressure brought by foreign countries' publishment industries, they are gradually opening the publishing rights and the chain rights of national publishing businesses. How to face the competition of the same industries within our country and that of the foreign coutries will be an important chapter for national bibliolotic businesses.As sale is the motion and profit headspring of all the businesses, therefore, in the working process of the bibliolotic publishment business, it firstly emphasized on building the sales information system. Based on the references document of building sales information system and the theories of business intelligence system, combining the bibliolotic product and the unique characteristics of the bibliolotic publishment businesses, researched and accomplished on the sales management information system software. The thesis mainly included:Firstly it researched and analyzed the current situation of the sales information system in the current national bibliolotic publishment businesses and the popular existing problems, some emphasized on making research on the process of organizing affairs in the current bibliolotic sales information system, including organizing import, sales, inventories, transportation, storage, modification, refunding and receiving payment affairs management.Secondly, divided the sales information system into operating sales information system and management sales information system, for satisflying daily office operations, however it lacks of predictions before affairs, analyzation after affairs, and the situation that itcould not provide highly accurate sales data for the business top decision makers. It stated to make the sales process as a flow, to make the sales data accurate, For making the strategic decision as data, it stated some theories and proof.
