As the basic unit of a community, the property management station has a variety of characteristics of daily work, there are so many data to collect, to be managed and assessed, and other temporary affairs. At present, the vast majority of property management station is still in the manual property management stage for reporting all kinds of information and business assessment. In this stage almost every staff must keep much information which is difficult to manage and share, and easily to lose as the staff are changed, which wasts lots of staff's energy.For the shortcomings of the manual property management, this paper established the Shengli Oil Field Property Station Management System. With the software engineering theory and studying in detail on the requirements analysising, general designing, database designing and function implementation, this paper established production module, evaluation module and system management module, which was a property management network meeting the demand of daily work. The system was developed with WebLogic + jdbc server based on WINDOWS NT/2000 system, with Java and JSP / Servlet program language. All the development and maintenance are carried out in the Server side, so it will reduce the difficulty and quantity of system maintenance. WEB browser is applicable to different operating systems, which could provide a common user interface on all applications, is easy to be learned and used, and exempt the troublesome of installing and setting. The customers only need to know the URL. It greatly improves the speed of users'mastering and using the system.Through establishing the Shengli Oil Field Property Station Management System, we can realize all kinds of data management, daily management, informatization and information sharing. It also can extremly reduce mechanical and repetitive work, and the labor intensity of the staff, and improve labor efficiency, so that they can complete their own work comfortably and efficiently.
