Study with working and the cooperation between college and enterprise are a essential way for building a characteristic vocation college. As the fast development of the vocational education, and the cooperation between college and company is more and more, it has a active demand about exploiting a management information system which is about the cooperation between college and enterprise based on IT,computer technic and network. It can integrate practical students from college and cooperative companies from different area to be a organic ensemble, and can supply convenience for teachers'instruction,exchange between teacher and sudent, and the coordination or exchange between college and enterprise; also, it can confirm the responsibility between college,student and cooperative enterprise; fully reflect the problem in the process of practice,then supply technical safeguard for improve the quality and effect on the students'pratice.This thesis bases on the construcuion of digital campus and the need to establish provincial demonstrative colleges of Yichun Vocational and Technical College. It combines the status quo of the academic management of the coorperation between schools and enterprises and the physical truth of the teaching management system of campus network. And also takes the work of the coorperation between schools and enterprises and some related information system of Yichun Vocational and Technical College as research object. This paper directs at the shortcomings, such as the non-normative standard of the original technical means of management system, the un-powerful adaptability and the incomplete functions. Based on the sufficient research, it analyses the requirements of the coorperation between schools and enterprises system on some aspects, including the functional requirement and performance requirement. It also makes some example analysis towards the crucial service logic, confirms the system function module structure, and emphasizes on expounding on how to utilize the related technical designs to achieve the function modules which fit the workflow of Yichun Vocational and Technical College's management of the coorperation between schools and enterprises. The system employs JAVA and database connection technology and uses the J2EE as the development platform, regards the MVC as design pattern, sets the Struts, Spring, Hibernate as exploitation framework and uses the unified modelling language UML. The system also supports the standard SQL data base, and exlpores the information management system of the the coorperation between schools and enterprises bases on the B/S framework of J2EE. Finally accomplishes the system's Architectural Design and the Data Base Design.After activating the information management system of the the coorperation between schools and enterprises, it will become the significant component of digital campus. It provides the powerful running circumstance support in realizing the target for our school to create the exemplary vocational colleges construction.
