In their daily teaching activities, many of the teaching content because of the time, space or funding constraints and other factors, but can not build a true learning scenarios. Situational teaching required to build appropriate learning scenario, the activation context of students thinking and emotional activity to enable students to participate in cognitive activities, resulting in situational thinking, access to knowledge, build capacity in developing intelligence. VR because of its "3I" features, determine the most suitable scenario for building appropriate learning technologies, which serve the development of new technologies in education and to find the best combination of points. From the space and time, learning motivation and psychological experience, and several other areas, VR applications in education have an important role.This paper discusses the VR technology in the teaching of the basis. As the intention of this study was to construct VR-based learning system, we first analyze the meaning of VR learning, teaching goals and teaching principles, in order to enable system and well-targeted, more focused set of each module; secondly, to explore VR technology in learning systems theoretical basis; once again to explore the VR-based learning system needs. VR-based learning system and set out design ideas. We have proposed VR-based learning system and the overall structure of the design ideas, the system should focus on teaching to build applications to a real reference for the design of the teaching process.
