Emergency Management System Based On Smart Grid Realization

With developing of science and technology, all kinds of electrical tech are breaking through constantly, the class of electric voltage is improving ceaseless; the level of power grid and the management is advancing, the safety of grid's system is also enhancing, and accidents are going down obviously. However, the accidents of large-scale power cut brought not only great damage to electric industry, but also a huge disaster and serious lessons to society. As for the close relation between the power system and the life of human and the development of social economy, it is the main subject for the expert of electric system to face and study to increase the reliability of grid and prevent accidents of large-scale power cut. Basing on analyzing the typical accidents of power cut and the development of grid, according to the research and study of intelligent grid and its reliability, grid company tries to build a emergency system which improve the reliability of grid.Firstly, starting with the background of the research project , this dissertation proposes the necessity of improving the reliability of the electric grid and constructing emergency system. Besides, it analyses the existing conditions of the electric grid emergency system at home and abroad. And then, The dissertation focus on the feature of smart grid, the key skill, the solution, and the prospect. with studying on the reliability of the smart grid, it puts forward the significance of building the smart grid. And then, it analyzes the accidents of large-scale power cut recently at home and abroad, And expounds the destructive effect of the accidents on human society. Moreover, it analyzes the reasons which make these accidents happened and proposes the measures how to resolve these problem. And then it put forward the necessity of building the emergency system based on the smart grid. At last, taking example for zhejiang grid, it carries on the research of the emergency system based on the smart grid, introduces the system's work flow, System Architecture, system design, core technology, Configuration the basic function and so on. it designs and realizes the main function modules of the emergency system.This subject has great meaning to the instruction of smart grid, the management of emergency and the reliability of grid.
