Design And Implementation Of Teaching Affairs Management System Based On Campus Internet

In recent years, with the rapid development of China's higher education, the constant expandation of colleges & universities'scale, the increasing number of students, the prefection of higher education and teaching reform, the teaching resources, like good classrooms, qualified teachers, and advanced teaching equipments, etc, are all in short supply, as well as their administration department becoming more and more onerous. It not only increase workload, but also extend the difficulty and complexity, which affects students' learning efficiency and teaching quality to a certain extent, and a slight negligence might cause a teaching accident.Taking Baoding Vocational and Technical College educational administration work as a background, this thesis developes the current education administration management system and makes its application in reality which improves its educational adminitration management means, with the site working situation and the teaching administration management departments'method and system, through multi-analysis and dedicated design. This system's application reduce the educational administration staffs'workload, which pulls them out of multifarious and mechanical repetitive work and makes more scientific distribution of teaching resources. It can also process teaching management omni-directionally, can be used to realize the teaching resources sharing between different departments, and can help improve students'training and teaching quality. Moreover, the system has played a positive role in promoting the digitallization of campus and informatization of educational administration management simultaneously. To satisfy colleges'educational administration management actual needs and demands, the system refers to the current general colleges common techniques , and proposes the main system structure'development taking triple layers with B/S as the core which is based on the analysis of the C/S and B/S, the two structural characteristics. With database platform SQL Server 2000, it is designed the data dictionary and data structures. By ASP.NET language to develope, the system has applied the funcation as below: teaching plan management, teaching resources management, online courses selection management, curriculum arrangement management, student registration management, student performance and score management, examination affairs management, teaching evaluation management, teaching material management and system management, etc. Through strict and cautious analysis and test by our project team, the system can be used easily and steadily, whose operation is very safty with good performance , which can satisfy the current educational administration management needs.
