Since the first Overseas Confucius Institute was built in Korea in 2004 on a global scale, Confucius Institute has been developing for seven years. The Confucius Institute, as a highly effective trump card for the transmission of Chinese language and culture abroad, plays a role of vital importance to improve Chinese Cultural Soft Strength and create a good image of the state.It is a crucial agenda deserved special attentions that how we can make up an effective oversea culture communication models on the question of the fast development current situation of the overseas Confucius Institute. The thesis aims to serve as reference to build the Confucious Institute overseas cultural communication models .Before the empirical survey and on the current situation of teachers seriously lack and call of developing native teachers from the industry, the author puts forward supposed model: Localization Model. At the meantime, the thesis is to burgeon the significance of the supposed model by the comparison between the Luke Events which is a success by using Localization Model in the history of cultural transmission and the Confucius Institute.Moreover, through investigation, the author finds that the Localization Model is not really the Common Criteria in the process of cultural transmission and tracks out two new models ---Symbols Interpretation and Binary Spread on the cases in different communication contexts of Madagascar and Korea. Different communication contexts lead to different cultural transmission models and the cultural transmission models presents the characteristic of diversity.The cultural transmission models of the overseas Confucius Institute should comprehensively use virous models, but trapped in single model as the Localization Model.
