| With the progress of technology and people's living standard, electronic medical records system in people's lives, play an increasingly important role in electronic medical records in many large hospitals in China are the key technology to promote the pilot.In allusion to the actual situation, the experimental study of the mobile vehicular supplementary clinics system based on MeeGo is proposed in this paper. To apply the train example,this system can provide the environment of preliminary treatment when passengers fall ill or suffer an accident on trains. With the aid of electronic physical index instrument, the system can collect the patient's physiological indicators and information, and then create electronic patient records to document the treatment and the diagnosis process. Besides, the system creates audio/video channels which are used to communicate with medical institutions and typical case query module to make patients get timely treatment as much as possible, and it provides portable electronic patient records so that patients get further treatment in a medical institution under the train.In this paper, the modular design method is used to design this system, and its design proposal is based on X86 (Atom multicore)+MeeGo. The mobile Vehicular supplementary clinics system based on MeeGo is made up of four modules:patient records module, typical case query module, image browse module and remote supplementary clinics module.The process of completing system is as follows:Firstly, building a systematic platform to install operating system MeeGo 1.1 and compiling related plug-ins. Secondly, selecting the database according to some specific requirements of vehicular electronic patient record such as data format, and SQLite is chosen to design patient records ultimately which is a lightweight relational database. Thirdly, using QT to develop the user interface and designing the layout of interface mainly. And then the function of each module is realized by programming. The functions of patient records module include search, add, delete, print and so on. Typical case query module can help doctors to diagnose patient through querying some similar cases. Image browse module makes doctors browse the patient's medical images conveniently. The function of remote supplementary clinics module is similar to QQ, doctors can communicate with experts by words even transferring image through this module when the doctor need some help, so that patients get better treatment. Finally, those system functions must be verified to ensure their effectiveness.The mobile Vehicular supplementary clinics system based on MeeGo and X86 (Atom multicore) which is proposed in this paper has not yet similar products at home and abroad. This new experimental program proposed by this paper can enhance the level of the humanized service better, and protect the safety of passengers further on trains. |
