Human health or the quality of life is directly related to the level of hospital information,a good hospital information technology can not only shorten the waiting time for patients, while helping to improve medical diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation of the patient as soon aspossible. Past two years, China’s medical information system has been rapid development, butnot fully achieve the "patient-centered", which is the next step is to work toward the hospital. With the extensive use of computers, electronic medical records has become an integral partof clinical work, this trend in the hospital information management system is inevitable. Theapplication of electronic medical records can facilitate not only raise the level of China’soverall medical care, the hospital can speed up the process of modern scientific management,so as to promote the implementation of health care reform. Electronic medical records systemis a key component of medical information systems, one of which is focused on a variety ofdata collection process, the process including: data collection and transmission, data storageand retrieval, data processing and display. The thesis of the third element of electronicmedical records, namely, data processing and display. In practice, the user system applications frequently encountered problems are: thedifferent health care workers needed to build software for their specific systems. Therefore, ifa design meets all requirements to electronic medical records system, first must meet thedifferent needs of users, user-customized list of the contents of the display and user interfacestyle. Each user system interface is generated by the system itself, which is the indispensabletool for interaction between the data. The medical workers of different systems can becustomized to meet the needs of yourself content and format of the patient’s medical recordentry display interface, and ultimately by the system automatically generates thecorresponding XML-DTD document format, you can also use the system built-in XMLapplications program, users need to automatically input interface. User input through acommon XML processing program to generate an XML document, the contents of thedifferent specialty indoor record to different subjects, in order to achieve common specialistcare. This paper analyzes based on Extensible Markup Language (XML), electronic medical records, electronic medical record tree data model. Data from electronic medical recordsperspective, analysis of medical records data, the interface automatically generates records.Application component design, template technology, user interface design tool to generate amodel, the model including interface design, interface converters, interface interpreter threemodules.Object through the interface template library for the actual application process stepby step experiments in the study of the XML document access mechanism based on thedesign of a complete electronic medical records DTD, to achieve a DTD from an XMLdocument to extract algorithms. Design a variety of XML display, complete with apersonalized display, successfully designed and implemented an XML-based electronicmedical record man-machine interface design tools.Electronic medical records based on user interface (CPR) level of electronic medicalinformation system is a sign of development, to achieve a patient-centered medicalinformation system is the core of the new generation. Our XML-based electronic medicalrecord system automatically generates the input interface in the analysis. In its design, operation mode to do some useful exploration, but in some ways slightly less.
