Restructuring of the telecommunications industry, breaking the dominance of China Mobile for a long-term situation, lends to more intense competition in the communications market. Telecommunications enterprises in the fierce competition want to get the better survival and development; they must emphasis on customers to improve service quality. Therefore we need to build a comprehensive and efficient management system, real-time to strengthen communication of business and customer, and effectively solve the customer problems, meantime to further improve the performance appraisal and management level of enterprise and strengthen enterprise internal management.Channel management system is the core of mobile enterprise management, building channel management system can enable the company to better communicate with customers and reflect the requirements of enterprise performance appraisal, to provide better services for customers to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. This thesis is in accordance with the requirements of Chengdu mobile enterprise operating management to design and implement a set of efficient and practical channel management system to meet current market which to secure Chengdu mobile enterprise the leading position in communications market.This thesis is aimed at to solve the original Chengdu mobile management system deficiencies, so we analyze business demands under the new situation, define the business goal, business processes and business architecture of channel management systems, to divide business into many modules and analyze the relationship between modules; we adopt object-oriented thinking, strictly adhering to J2EE specification and the MVC model, to design the overall structure of the channel management system and the function modules to meet current market needs, which divides the system into client layer, presentation layer, business logic and data persistence layer, finally we use J2EE framework, combined with Struts+ Spring+ Hibernate, to achieve an effective interface between the layers; Meantime, we adopt B/S mode, combined with DB2 database, the ERWIN designer of database and use Eclipse as the development platform to develop a practical and efficient Chengdu mobile channel management system.Channel management system practical application proves the system can meet current market demand; system operation is stable, reliable and efficient, and research achievement has much replicable practical value.
