The Designing And Realization Of The Court Cases' Management System Based On Workflow

As China successfully has become the member of World Trade Organization (WTO), all parts of the society would be adapted to the rule of WTO. The construction of socialist legal system should be strengthened and perfected. It is very urgent for us to set up the case inquisition flow to the law officers' convenience and the net for the parties' to get the information of the cases. So it is very necessary for us to set up an information system based on the cases' information as a public service net of court cases information.The design of the cases management system is applied to the flow. The cognizance process of every case is made up of different flows. So the design of flow is the focus of design of items management. In order to meet the need of flow management, we need a kind of software that be used to supply the automation of cases flow. Workflow is just the one, and it is the tool and plant to realize workflow's mapping, performing, monitoring, analyzing and perfecting. On the one hand, the workflow will realize the flow automatic processing with computer and shorten the process of flow and enhance work efficiency.
