Design And Implementation Of Data Exchange System Between Electrical Test Coach And MIS

Withstand voltage and performance test must be carried out to determine whether power substations or electrified railway traction substations can be put into operation after the completion or not and whether operation of various types of primary equipments can guarantee reliable, good performance or not. Currently, withstand voltage and performance test of various types of primary equipments use high-integration and analytical electrical test engineering vehicles. Southwest Jiaotong University presided over the development of the electrical test coach system which integrated electrical test, test analysis, data management and information management functions into one device, and met the needs of the scene better. Nevertheless, the test coach system still needs further improvement, that is, the test coach and a device MIS (Management Information System) should be connected. For the above question, the paper puts forward and discusses thedesign and implementation of data exchange system between electrical test coach and MIS.This paper does a detailed needs analysis from use cases and activity diagrams for the development of the system first, analyzing the mutual needs between the test coach system and MIS system, given that central database of MIS system does not allow direct access, a middle database SQL SERVER 2005 is introduced into the circumstance.This system is designed in.NET framework, using ADO.NET and C# language development techniques. The whole system is divided into the presentation layer, business logic layer, data access layer and data storage layer.The client functional modules mainly put in to action the equipment ledger extraction subsystem, test data upload subsystems and historical test data download subsystem, design using ado.net techniques for building up connection with database, using data binding technology will application form and data binding. The logic of intermediate database design and from SQL SERVER login security and database permission settings for its safety do two aspects of setting. In the end, test the system, the test results reach the desired effect.The system builds a bridge between the original system in test coach and the MIS system, realizing ledger information and test data sharing.
