| With the rapid development of industrial technology, traditional testing technology of film photography has unable to meet the high-efficiency requirements of automatic detection, so the purpose of this paper is to design an X-ray real-time imaging detection system which is used for detecting the small metal parts rapidly instead of film photography detection. In this paper we introduced the research status of X-ray real-time imaging at home and abroad, studied the principle of X-ray detection, proposed three imaging methods. and chose the imaging method of image intensifier as the final method through analyzing and comparing the advantages and disadvantages. With the requirements of the project, we designed the X-ray real-time imaging detection system, analyzed the effect of components to imaging quality, and proposed the corresponding solution. According to the hemispherical workpiece. we designed the fixture and test bench used for real-time imaging detection, solved the non-uniformity influence of the detection of the hemispherical surface workpiece and the problem of the fixture occlusion on the products, realized pipelining production.According to the characteristics of real-time imaging, we studied the image processing. The results of experiment show that reducing noise, enhancing and sharpening image can improve the quality and the clarity of the image, highlight the feature of defects, and be benefit to recognize and judge the defects at the same time. |
