High-energy solid-state lasers is one of the hot research in the area of laser technology and there has been much important applications in the civilian and military fields currently. The most method technique to obtain high-energy laser beam is the coherent synthesis technique.Based on the principle of coherent synthesis, it has been designed a new coherent synthesis scheme of solid-state laser which called total phase-locked cavity multi-beam synthesis. The coherence mechanism was analyzed as well as the physical model was established. The coherent synthesis effect in different cases has been simulated from the physical model. (The form of array of multiple rods in the a total of cavity, the number of rods, the interval of rods, fill factor, transmission distance, the relation of phase) The relationship of the peak intensity of the scheme, the efficiency of the coherent and the transmission distance were discussed. A hexagonal array of rod form was proposed which simulated the coherent synthesis effect when the number of the rods were nineteen. Three point of the scheme was optimization in the end.
