Data Acquisition System Concerning Fourier Transform Spectrometer

Fourier transform spectrometer has a qualcomm light ability, multi-channel detection advantage, high resolution ability,wide spectral range so that it could also be used Spectral analysis tools in many fields. According to the requirements of Dynamic mirror controlling, regular pulse production and data acquisition of interferogram, this paper designs and implements a Fourier transform spectrum measurement data acquisition systemThis design ideas is: two interferograms Produced by two interferometers will be converted into electrical signals through two photoelectric detection circuits. Reference signal from zero to compare circuit can acquisite measured signal in DSP data acquisition system. The collected results will be sent to the computer using PCI adapter card. Finally, the LabWindows/CVI software makes good use of signal processing function to process the collected data so that we could get the spectrum. It is easy to get accurate computations of spectral resolution through the spectrum with the Coordinates setting function.In this paper, a data acquisition system of Fourier transform spectrometer measurement is introduced, including the Motion control system, multichannel DSP data acquisition system, control and acquisition system based on LabWindows/CVI and experimental results.The hardware and software design of data acquisition system conforms to the characteristics of virtual instrument. Self-developed DSP data acquisition system is data acquisition and processing system. Both the master board and the slave board use DSP chips as the CPU in order to do real-time processing. Data is processed by the software installed in supervisory computer, which is programmed by LabWindows/CVI language. The Labwindows/CVI software has more advantages than traditional text language for example,a short development cycle, and powerful functions Such as real-time display, spectrum analysis, window interception, filter analysis and so on. Thus, it is more suitable for FTS system interference signals collection and fast Fourier transform of signal processing methods. Users can control the system through the visual instrument interface in supervisory computer.The data acquisition system of Fourier transform spectrum measurement has accurate data so that it could reach design requirements. Besides, it has friendly interface, extensible characteristics.
