Research On The Realization Of Softswitch Voice Test System Based On The BICC Protocol

The traditional call measurement system for Softswitch network monitoring methods are mainly the alarm of the equipment itself and the performance alarm, but the methods have their limitations, they can not monitor all the business failures, especially such as single-pass, noise, and whether ring tones'playing is accurate, there is no way to detect while factors such as the voice quality is not involved, in order to solve this problem, the paper proposes a Softswitch test system.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the characteristics of Softswitch network, system architecture and performance, etc., and then researches the Softswitch-related protocol in-deeply. Based on the understanding of the soft-switched network, the thesis design of the structure of Softswitch test systems, including system testing methods, test content, parameters test methods and so on. BICC communication control module is the core of Softswitch test system, This thesis analyzes the protocol message format, message type and other information, on understanding of the protocols, the thesis design the BICC communication module in detail so that it can meet the different needs. For example: Softswitch end office and the call test, CRBT(Color Ring Back Tone) test, intelligent network test, BSC test. Then take the example of the BICC signaling accessing to the end office and the call test and accessing to the PRBT test to analyze the signaling process. Finally, the thesis realize the BICC communication control module in detail, and design the system's main module composition, the main task of data flow and frame structure and procedures, and provide the detailed implementation of the BICC signaling business processes.
