In the end, the paper summaries the experiences of the developing process. From the entire process of system development, adopting MVC pattern which separates the business logic and presentation based on J2EE technology to develop a Web application about enterprise cash management systems,simplifies each stage of the work,specifies development of the entire system, and greatly improves code quality and the efficiency of development of the system.This system is divided into system management, general ledger management, settlement management, financial and accounting information management, reconciliation management etc five subsystems. The designed page has elegant appearance,and is easy to operate.The database is so practical that the system has the advantages of high performance, cross-platform, easy extension, easy maintaining and management etc. At present, the system has online in postal-delivery logistics group.THe operation of the system is compatible with the original compatible systems of the department, and has achieved good effects of operation.
