Design And Research Of Automated Production Line Of Gold Potassium Cyanide

Gold potassium cyanide is one of the main raw materials of gold-plating industry.And there are growing demand for gold potassium cyanide inland along with the development of gold-plating industry.For its purity has great influence to the quality and life of the film,especially in producing the electron device like integrated circuit,the purity demand to gold potassium cyanide is higher and higher.However,for the original producing technology and the low production efficiency,the quality of the gold potassium cyanide produced is far from the high ones.The quality of the gold potassium cyanide can be improved to some extent through the ways of repeatedly crystallizing,but the producing period may be too long to decrease the cost.Therefor,it is necessary to develop an automatic producing line of gold potassium cyanide to instead the manual work in producing to improve the world competitiveness of our gold potassium cyanide.The paper has designed an automatic producing line of gold potassium cyanide through combining the auto science and the manual producing technology by the on-the-spot investigation to Zhaoyuan Co..The paper has done the following research and design:1.the suitable producing technology has been chosen by the studying of various kinds of producing principles and their advantages and disadvantages in the practical situation and the control strategy is determined through the research to the characters of each part of the producing processes.2.designing of the hardware program of the control system.3.designing of the software program of the control system.The system which includes the designing of the configuration software and the PLC control program can monitor the run state of each manufacturing part to realize the remote control of the site apparatus and the collection and dealing with the key parameters.4.research of the control when the gold potassium cyanide is drying. For the large lag,nonlinearity and time varying while drying,the control strategy of vague PID has been chosen to control the drying process.The paper has studied the producing technology of gold potassium cyanide carefully and is familiar with the part needed to pay great attention and the problems needed to solve urgently in the existing producing technology and then reform the producing line by combining the relative automatic principles.
