Based On Web Retired Personnel File Management System

With the rapid development of today's society, the trend of an aging population becomes increasingly significant. For these retirees, it has become more and more prominent if we can not update the information or the other issues just like the single management in time in the process of the management. For the management of retirees it was a crucial task, at present, the manual management and simple computer management can not meet the needs of the management, in this case, I design and implement Web-based file management system for retirees.Firstly, according to the further investigation and analysis of a variety of software management system, I have fully understood the current situation and background information. Combined with the actual situation in the author's unit, the significance of developing the system is presented. Followed by detailed requirement analysis, functional system design, database design and architecture at all levels of design. This management system can be achieved by using a platform-independent way of development. Based on Browser/Server model, use the PHP language and MySQL database system, then use Apache server distribution system.Finally the system passed the test of the function, usability, compatibility, security, so that the system will eventually achieve the purpose of design applications. The system has already use in the practical work in the author's unit.The development tools used in the system are open source, not only solve the dispute may be caused by copyright, reducing the use of the system pressure, but also solve the inconvenience of cross-platform, in the meanwhile, the actual work has also reached the good safety, easy to use, management of high efficiency, and low cost effect. In the current trend of aging population increased background, the system provides an effective management method for retirees'management.
