With the rapid development of information technology and especially the application of Internet technology, the realization of taxation using IT and the exploitation of network e-filing system have become the trend of the times. Because the network e-filing system can improve the efficiency and speed of tax collection and management effectively, the thesis designed and applied a web e-filing system of national tax based on the object-oriented idea and Hunan national tax network e-filing system. This system has the advantages of good function and performance extensibility, optimized interface design and stable running and so on. Currently, this system is being promoted throughout the province, which has been used successfully in experimental application and received good feedback. This thesis mainly did some investigations from the following aspects:1. Investigated and ascertained the technology related to the system development based on the extensive research and thorough analysis of the status quo of net e-filing both at home and abroad.2. The general system scheme design on the basis of multilayer system structure. The thesis started with the analysis of the demand and function of the net e-filing system, chose J2EE technological framework and MVC development model, then designed the database, system performance interface and environment according to the multilayer system structure and operation flow.3. The detail design and application of the object-oriented system. The thesis made a detail design for different functional module according to need analysis and the general aim of the system design, including user landing, tax e-filing (report choosing, report making, report auditing, report saving and reading), user password management, query and so on. The thesis made the object-oriented analysis and design using UML modeling language and finished coding using Java programming language.4. Resolved some key technological problems: the description and resolution of the filing data. The thesis analyzed the limitation of the traditional HTML language and this system used XML to describe and save filing data. Furthermore the thesis made a detail analysis of two resolution models of XML file - DOM and SAX, and designed the resolution arithmetic using SAX model based on the operation logic of e-filing system. information communication mechanism. The thesis put forward the JMS-based scheme and designed JMS-based sending and receiving arithmetic, and realized the data centralized dispense subsystem on the basis of the comparison of present common used information communication systems and the area distributing structure of the provincial data of tax collection and management. safety. The thesis realized the PKI-based safety system and used digital signature technology, data transmission and encryption technology . to ensure the safety of information transmission. In the net safety aspect, the thesis designed the multilayer depth network safety recovery system including anti-virus software, firewall, intrusion detection system, leak scanning system and so on, which can resist hacker intrusion effectively and ensure that the system safety recovery capability shall advance with times.
