The Qianxinan And Institutions To Recruit The Hire Management Information System Development And Design

With the increase of college graduates year by year and the rapid development of network technology, the range of public institutions personnel recruitment gets more and more wide. On-site registration work is not suited to the needs of the current situation, this application internet system instead of the traditional method of application on the scene is not only convenient for the examinee but also lighten the work of the recruitment and examination management. It can improve the work efficiency and improve the service level of the manage organization that make the application work to be institutional, procedural, standardization and informationization.I research this application internet system in order to improve the annual recruitment and examination work for the government of personnel of QianXiNan County. I introduce the enrollment system situation at home and abroad in my paper, I also use object-oriented analysis and design method, combine unified modeling language UML to analyse the System cases, static and dynamic modeling and the requirements of the professional work and function of institutions. My article describes the system software architecture from several views and different angle to draw the function module design of this system:they are online application module, examination management module and system management module; and introduces the database design and detailed design of every function module of this system. In the implementation phase, the system adopts B/S tri-level software system architecture,and is based on the.NET development platform, and ASP.NET server port language,ADO.NET data access technology, SQL server 2000 database for system developing. All these designs realize the role multipole security mechanism by using role access control. This system realizes the basic function of the institutions recruitment. For examinees, they can register, fee and print admission tickets and inquire achievements on-line; for administrators, they can release recruitment information, set examination, manage examinee information, obtain statisticalinformation, examine and verify examinee's information and manage user and system.This system provides more free, credible, safely good quality services for the examinees, it is a very practical application system and will provide the convenience for Institutions Recruited.
