Carrier Ethernet Test And Applications

In a twenty-first century information age, the growing customer demand for data services, Internet applications enrich the community for the communication rate and service levels have become increasingly demanding. Growing demand for network bandwidth, making the communications network run increasingly large and complex, especially in the access network, how to extend the network to thousands of families, how to build a simple and efficient communications network become an important research subject.This thesis conducts a Carrier Ethernet technology test in the existing network, and then compare the four main types of Carrier Ethernet technology. Also, it provide a reference for network application deployment and the selection of equipment.According to the business development needs of Tianjin and the local network structure, this thesis describes the network deployment application mode by using Carrier Ethernet technology to build an Ethernet network convergence layer. By the method of insert a ethernet convergence layer between the network access layer device and the service control layer, it can extends the network access capability and make a multi-service bearer network.
