| Through practical analysis and technical research, relying on NGN access network update programme of Hunan Network Communication Group Corporation, this dissertation expects to acquire further improvement of current network; construct the NGN access network, facing customers, to support multi-service; reduce the construction and management costs; satisfy customers' requirements of new communication enjoyments, and promptly develop various new services.Founding on the trend of NGN development, this dissertation will research on network building scheme, access network management system, and the traffic engineering for how to improve the QoS of access network as follows:(1) Analyzing the QoS technology of access network, achieving the function module of multi-service QoS access network on service apperception and buffering flow control on dynamic algorithm, and designing bandwith with practical requirement, which play an important role on the development of NGN access network in the future.(2) Researching on the mode and technology of access network management, raising the NGN access network management system on the main equipment of IAD, and analyzing the security of system.(3) Analyzing the important equipment(MG and IAD) and protocol(SIP and H.248) of NGN access network, analyzing the practical service requirement of Hunan province, putting forward the NGN access network building plan to different access method and customer, and analyzing the security of the plan.During this project, it obtains a completed NGN access network technical system and accelerates the research on building next generation NGN network of Hunan Network Communication Group Corporation. Updating current network, it presents new telecommunication markets for communication companies, creates new benefitial spaces, and supplies wonderful business modes for service provider in the intensive differentiation competetion of the telecommunication market. |
