With the operation and maintenance of centralization reform, need to allow for the unified management, uniform transmission resources evaluation, dynamic mastering the resource usage, so for the construction of a set of transmission network resources evaluation system, from throughout the province master transmission resource utilization, telecontrol network resource utilization shortcomings, to improve the transmission network management, upgrade the operation and maintenance efficiency has very important significance.This thesis aims to present situation of HNMCC transmission network, and combining with the actual needs of the province maintenance requirement analysis, according to the practical experience of innovative puts forward some about resources evaluation of some theories and methods, according to the research of TMN and CORBA, it is proposed that using CORBA technology build transmission resources evaluation system is feasible. According to the goal and way of the HNMCC transmission resources evaluation system,detail the based on CORBA interface T2100 collect data of Huawei for the project, and to transmission network resource safety assessment function as an example, illustrates the system the transmission network operation and maintenance, play the important role.
