In recent years, FSB credit scale increasing, especially after the financial crisis in2008years, the manual management style in the credit business is getting more and more not adapt to the increasingly fierce market competition. In order to guard against credit risk, the establishment of an advanced credit management system, the realization of the credit business electronic management, is extremely urgent things.With the background of FSB credit business, according to the specific function of credit management goals and performance requirements, this paper discusses the design and implementation of FSB credit management system. First, the paper generally introduceds the credit system construction background and overall business framework, through the credit management system is combined with core financial system in real time, using the workflow, which can realize before loans-loans-after loans the whole process control, conducive to the overall risk monitoring and early warning. Then, it gives the demand analysis of some main functions when building this credit system, includes the system’s general function, my work table, customer management, credit management, contract management, lending management, post-credit management, asset safeguard management and so on. User cases of some typical functions are also be established. Furthermore, based on the above demand analysis, the paper establishes some main functions’ algorithm, database logic structure design and main transactions management flow design. In the end, it fully discusses some typical programs implementation, and summarize the work.This system is now at the stage of implementation, inspection and test run, it’s running smoothly until now and basically reaches the developing goal.
