It offers a variety of services, including voice, fax, video and data.Call center has takes more advantage of modern means of communication and computer technology with modern service methods, which also has attracted more and more attention that coms from the majority of business leaders and recognized experts, and widely available in all walks of life. VoIP technology and call center technology combine to form the next generation IP call center call center system for its low cost, simple and open to a trend of call center, more and more commercial and research institutions are beginning to IP call center research and development.VoIP control protocol commonly used in call centers, including H.323, SIP, MeGaCo and MGCP. This article uses the H.323 protocol stack, which is regulations between the real-time endpoint voice and video conference in the Internet.Paper first introduced the source and the subject of the background work done, then introduced the H.323 operations and H.323 protocol stack architecture.This article focuses on H.323 protocol that is the base of IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems'implementation and improvements,and includes a number of moduls to expand functionality for supporting much more business needs. The major points are as follows:1. In order to enrich the deverse business label, focusing on the VXML parser was extended and improved for the different business requirements, and easily update the system.2. Decouple the data manipulation and business with the independent of database module.3.
