Research And Realization Of Heterogeneous Data Integration Based On B/S Model

Recently, with the development of Internet, resource sharing is getting more and more closer to our life. Because of some reasons, the data of resource is storing in different database management systems and every DBMS become a"isolated island"of resource. How to eliminate the heterogeneity of heterogeneous databases and make them organically linked to each other, become one of the hot focuses in the research of the technology of Internet. Base on the existing technology of heterogeneous databases, the author resolve the difficulty in the heterogeneous database system(HDBS) and realize the access to heterogeneous databases using middleware in this paper.Firstly, this paper describes the importance of the middleware in heterogeneous database system and common technologies to resolve the access to heterogeneous databases. Compare the characteristics of those technologies, the author analyses the advantage of Hibernate framework technology in HDBS. Then, the paper give a design framework of HDBS with consulting the characteristics of common DBMSs. On the basis of the works, the author researches and realizes the global model of data, the syntax parser, the technology of database connection pool and other important technologies in the system. Secondly, according to HDBS's function, it is divided into request receiver and analyzer, database connection manager, results of data integrator, user and security manager, and the data compressor. Then, the author realize the details about those modules using the technologies above. Thirdly, this paper uses Spring framework to integrate and manage Hibernate and Struts to meet the require of scalability and personal features. It also can reduce the coupling of the design. Finally, this paper introduces the application and specific configuration of HDBS, and summarizes the shortcomings of the design what are proposed as research objects in the future.
