Shoes mold factory's Automation Management System is made by a shoe mold manufacturing company needs, the company required for each production jobs at the factory to install a "production dynamic display board", used to collect data on production workers, and displays in the display board, also requested that the display board's is collected to the factory's server in real time,and the factory's server can uploaded the production data to the company's main server.In this paper, build the system that are involved in a variety of techniques have been studied and implemented the company's proposed these features.This paper's content covers the following areas:1. Introduced the system of needs analysis, and implementation of the system theory of knowledge needed to discuss.2. The "dynamic display of production," the circuit design and programming to describe the process.3. Studied of communication protocol for multi-machine, and made a depth discussion of how to use RS-485 to build a multi-machine network, in order to achieve that factory's server collectted data from each production status in real time.4. The factory server how to stored and managed the collected data.5. Explained how to transport the factory's data to the companey's main server by TCP/IP in real-time.6. Discuss XML in the data integration application.This system enables the shoes mold enterprises production management efficiency greatly improved, it has practical and high economic value.
