FLAC-3D is commonly used in the field of mining engineering three-dimensional numerical software, but there is complexity of modeling the characteristics of the 3DGIS advantages is the convenience of modeling, and a good three-dimensional display.In order to play the advantages of 3DGIS modeling to compensate for deficiencies in FLAC-3D modeling and achieve FLAC-3D "can be considered "as a 3DGIS after the "visual", this paper focuses research 3DGIS and FLAC-3D grid data fusion technology. From research and data modeling features of both the beginning of the data, seek common ground between the two grids, the biggest potential for grid data of both the six commonality, and three aspects of differences and similarities was the rationalization of processing. On this basis, the grid data of both the basic process of integration is divided into two directions, respectively, for each direction of data flow defines the three data phases, the core analysis of their data exchange interface for data exchange phase of the process and define the data exchange interface seven data exchange function, in both directions to achieve its basic functions of data fusion. Finally we used C++ programming language interfaces for data exchange to achieve the basic functions and through engineering application to test its basic function is reliable.
