The organization code database in Dongying and scanning library have already sharedwith the code database in the whole province. Owing to the combination of provincial centerand the national code database, at present organization code system data is constantlyincreasing. Organization code database is not only in the form of number and document.Certificates or approval, legal ID, legal report and so on need to be scanned in the form ofpictures to code database and make organization code database increase to TB. It is more andmore impossible to make data access and analysis integrate to application workflow under theenvironment of Internet. Current architectures and solutions of data management can notsatisfy the requirements of users in high performance, distributed storage and distributedprocess. Appearance of grid technology provides a new mode for solving this problem.Firstly, beginning with the analysis of application requirement of organization code dataresource and relate government's information sharing and collaborative management in thedynamic and open grid context, discusses grid data access and integration in detail, proposes anew grid data access and integration system, with the form of gird services to provide userswith the comprehensive ability of data access and integration.Then, On the basis of deeply research and analysis of the architecture and innerimplementary process of OGSA-DAI, it designs one grid data access component based on theJ2EE framework, and implements to access distributed, heterogeneous data resourcesuniformly. In order to access transparently to heterogeneous data resources, the paper putsforward the overall structure of a government's information sharing platform based on themiddleware OGSA-DAI,including the resource registration, delivery and access service. The XML (Extensible Markup Language) as the universal data transferring format is veryimportant in Grid and Data Grid development. This paper discusses the application anfunction of the XML in data transferring, data view and data query, provides a global virtualdata view for users, and implements to access many databases uniformly.Finally, it implements the organization code data for accessing mode, Our research willimpel the development and perfection of organization code data access and integration in thegrid.
