The Study On The Archives' Role In Cultural Constuction

Nowadays, in this comprehensive and disordered social circumstance, some citizens always feel lost, scared and helpless. Their knowledge about themselves'psychology location is still blurry. Searching for the identity acknowledgement and the value realization has been the base of following the time trend for some people. Those all are derived from culture deletion in this modern society, and the spirit inanition which cannot be filled while people walking in a rush. All mentioned above require the reconstruction of social psychology structure in spiritual civilization. As an important part of the spiritual civilization, culture as a matter of fact should be a good medicine to this situation. Meanwhile, as an important part of culture, archives has become a important support of culture construction. Digging out the culture value in the archives sufficiently and infusing them into construction of social spiritual civilization become new start points for the archives stuffs and even the whole social culture construction. For this reason, this thesis analyses the different cultural values of archives, and put forward the approaches to the role which archives plays in the culture construction, in order to get the win-win between archives and culture construction. Through the elaborate statement to the researches at home and abroad, the cognization of nowadays educational circles and society to archives is showed clearly. Both contribute to the service which the cultural value of archives can supply to the culture construction of socialism and even the whole spiritual civilization construction.The second part presents the relationship between the archives and the social culture. this part narrates the relationship between primitive culture, farming culture, industry culture and modern culture. The archives is not only the accumulation sedimentation of the traditional culture, but also the foundation and support of modern culture's development. Although archives plays different roles in different historic stage, yet it cannot be denied that its special cultural value is irreplaceable.The third part narrates the cultural function of archives and its expandation. This part introduces the cultural function of archives carrier and archives messages and the expandation basing on the both above. As cultural products, two components of archives----carrier and content should be brought into the culture scope. With the exploiting archives value, the cultural value which it has breaks through the traditional research scope, and develops to the broader and deeper direction.The forth part introduces the function of archives in the social culture construction. Put the culture function and nowadays culture construction together, and using the special value of archives to deal with problems and challenges in nowadays culture construction. Archives not only is the means of culture accumulation and inheritance, but also the firsthand materials to conduct the social education and education in patriotism, and a kind of effective medicine to people's mind.The fifth part emphasizes the approaches of how to play its role in social culture construction on the basis above. Including:supplying consultancy and utilization, supplying utilization service to society, supplying support to the harmonious socialist society construction of socialism, and supplying primitive data to social credit system.
